Damaged and return options.  

Refunds for damaged goods applies to glass objects only, as they as unusable. broken bath bombs are assessed differently, and we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if this applies to you. 

 

Where is my tracking number? 

Tracking numbers are sent as soon as your package has shipped. It will be sent to the email address on file. Also, our products are handmade and some hand painted. Please give us 7-10 business days or less to ship. If you are curious about when your package will be delivered, send us an email and we'll let you know when it will be shipped. 

 

Need a refund? 

We do offer refunds for orders that have not yet shipped. Make sure to contact us, and we will cancel your order right away.
